The cause (not to continue for the holidays in Korea) is, contrary to what that manager (see the video clip) said, very important to cosnumers for obvious reasons. That is, a response level of "Serious" by itself may not be sufficient to automatically discharge the consumers' contractual obligations with travel agents and with other parties. This is, in my opinion, not very fair to those travellers who booked the holidays.
As a side issue, the government's decision to merely call on the public not to travel to Korea unless necessary cries for explanation.
